Issues Logging into the TABS Web Portal or Excel

Issue:
When you try to log into the portal or Excel, you get an error. The errors below are examples of what you might see, however there other errors can be associated with this issue. 





Solution:
  1. Attempt to log in, but instead of logging in with the connected user, choose Use another account from the list. Do this even if the signed in account is the same as the one you always use. 
  2. Manually enter your email address and finish the login process as you normally would.
