Issues Logging into the TABS Web Portal or Excel
Issue:
When you try to log into the portal or Excel, you get an error saying the selected account does not exist.
Solution:
NOTE: If your account isn't connected to Windows and you have to enter your email address at the start, these directions won't work.
- Attempt to log in, but instead of logging in with the connected user, choose Use another account from the list.
- Manually enter your email address and finish the login process as you normally would.
