Troubleshooting Steps

Reports not loading can be caused by a browser setting that blocks cookies from 3rd parties. To check this setting go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Third-party cookies.

If the radio button next to Block third-party cookies is selected TABS reports may be blocked by your browser.

Solution

There are two ways to resolve this issue.

Option 1: Change the default browser behavior to allow third-party cookies.

Select the Allow third-party cookies button. This will unblock the reports.

Option 2: Add an exception to the Block third-party cookies rule

Click the Add button under the Customized behaviors section.

Depending on the type of report you view, you'll need to add one of the sites below. If you're not sure which to add, you can add both. After clicking the Add button, close the settings window and try accessing a report.

  2. Tableau: [*.]tabsinsight.com
