Resolving Blank Screen on Login Issue

If you see a blank screen upon logging into the portal, you may need to clear the portal application cache. See the directions below to clear the cache in the browser you're using. We have directions for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (which replaces Internet Explorer in Windows 10). Internet Explorer is not a supported browser. 

CHROME

  1. Open Developer Tools by hitting F12 on your keyboard or by going to the top right menu drop-down > More Tools > Developer Tools. 
  2. Select the Application tab.

  3. Click the Clear Storage option. Ensure that Unregister service workers is selected. Then click the Clear site data button. Reload the page. 

FIREFOX

  1. Open the menu at the right of the screen and open Web Developer > Storage Inspector
  2. Use the triangle to open Cache Storage, then the portal url and right click on the enclosed folder and select Delete All. Then refresh the page. 

EDGE

  1. Open Developer Tools by hitting F12 on your keyboard or by going to the top right menu drop-down > More Tools > Developer Tools.

  2. Select the Application tab.

  3. Click the Clear Storage option. Ensure that Unregister service workers is selected. Then click the Clear site data button. Reload the page.
